The entire process typically takes around 4–6 weeks, depending on design complexity and revision rounds. This includes consultation, design mockups, crafting, and final delivery.
Crafting your custom ring takes approximately 21 working days (3 weeks). Each piece is handmade by our skilled jewellers to ensure exceptional quality.
Crafting starts only after you’ve approved the 3D design and confirmed the final order. A 50% deposit is required to begin this stage.
Once the deposit is made, our team will create a 3D mockup within 5–7 working days. You’ll be able to review it and request any adjustments.
Absolutely! We offer unlimited revisions at the 3D mockup stage to ensure you’re fully satisfied before moving into production.
After your initial consultation, you can expect to receive a quotation within 2–3 working days, depending on the intricacy of your chosen design and materials.
Depending on our current production schedule, we may be able to offer an express service. Please speak to our team during your consultation for more information.
If you need resizing or minor adjustments, we’ll be happy to assist. Book a resizing/repair drop-off at your convenience.
Once production is complete, we’ll contact you for pickup or delivery arrangements. You can expect to receive your ring shortly after the 3-week crafting period.
